Estimate the real shipped cost, not just item price
Product price is only the first number. Product weight, package size, boxes, protective wrapping, and the rest of your haul can change the final cost. Before you call a row a good deal, ask whether it still looks good after shipping.
Product weight and package weight are different
Shoes with boxes, padded jackets, structured bags, watches with cases, and fragile accessories can ship heavier or bulkier than expected. A row with a slightly higher item price may still be better if it is easier to pack or has clearer QC.
Decide what packaging is worth keeping
Boxes protect shape but add volume. Soft goods can usually ship with less structure. Fragile accessories may need protection even when the packaging looks wasteful. The right choice depends on the item risk, not on keeping every box by default.
Build a haul around confidence, not quantity
Do not add heavy items just because you are already shipping. A better haul is not always a bigger haul. If one row is uncertain after QC, remove it and keep the package simpler.
Keep proof and links organized
Save the product link, category page, QC photos, size choice, and any seller notes before shipping. If a question comes up later, it is much easier to review one clean set of references than to search through old tabs and screenshots.
Final checks before you ship
- Every item has accepted QC photos, not just a promising spreadsheet row.
- Measurements, color, and selected size match what you intended to order.
- Boxes and packaging choices are deliberate, especially for shoes, bags, watches, and fragile pieces.
- Address and recipient details are reviewed carefully before submission.
- Carrier rules, tracking expectations, and any agent notes are checked before payment.
