Other spreadsheet names you may run into

Different names, same basic job

You may see lists labeled Litbuy, Mulebuy, Orientdig, Hoobuy, CNFans, Acbuy, AllChinaBuy, Hubbuycn, Superbuy, Sugargoo, CSSBuy, Basetao, Kameymall, Loongbuy, or Usfans. The name matters less than what the row gives you.

A useful row should lead to a current product page, show enough context to compare the item, and give you a reason to keep checking. If the row only has a name and no clear link, treat it as unfinished research.

Do not judge a row by the name alone

You may also see names like Fansbuy, Spanbuy, Hubbuy, Joyagoo, Eastmallbuy, Lovegobuy, OOTDBuy, Parcelup, Yoybuy, Dupbuy, Kakobuy, Oopbuy, Lovbuy, BBDBuy, Itaobuy, Hipobuy, MyCNBox, Pantherbuy, Hacoo, Tigbuy, Fishgoo, CNShopper, Niuniubox, NPBuy, GTBuy, or Vigorbuy.

A familiar name can help you recognize where a list came from, but it does not prove the item is good. You still need current QC photos, seller checks, sizing review, and shipping math.

Taobao, Yupoo, and product links

Many rows eventually point to a Taobao, Yupoo, or product page. If you see a CNFans, Acbuy, Mulebuy, Hoobuy, AllChinaBuy, Sugargoo, or Litbuy link, open it directly and check whether the page still has useful information.

This is the part that matters most. The spreadsheet is only the starting point. The live product link, seller behavior, recent photos, and item-specific details decide whether the row deserves more attention.

Freshness matters more than the label

A list can look current because it uses a recent year in the title, but that does not prove every item is still active. Some older rows are still useful, and some newer rows are already stale.

• Prefer rows with recent QC photos or recent seller activity.
• Reopen the product page before relying on a saved price or size.
• Check whether the spreadsheet removes sold-out or duplicate rows.
• Compare shipping impact before assuming a lower item price is better.

How to avoid wasting time

1. Start with the item type. Shoes, hoodies, bags, watches, and accessories all need different checks.
2. Open one strong category. Avoid saving every possible sheet when one relevant category gives you enough rows to compare.
3. Validate the current link. A spreadsheet row is weak if the Taobao, Yupoo, or product link no longer gives clear information.
4. Use the same QC standard everywhere. Litbuy, Mulebuy, Hoobuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo, and other lists still need shape, sizing, material, and shipping checks.
